VIP Support Agent - German Speaker
SkillOnNet is looking for a VIP Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with its customers. The role involves providing fast and accurate service to the most loyal customers and overseeing a portfolio of assigned accounts for retention purposes.
The ideal candidate will possess a flair for client communication and a strong understanding of consumer behaviour. SkillOnNet seeks individuals who are familiar with account management software and are capable of managing customer relationships effectively.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide fast, accurate and complete information by using the right methods/tool.
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Take the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Promoting a Safer Gaming philosophy.
- Staying UpToDate on rules, processes, and licensing needs.
- Fluent in Spanish, English and German (fluid level) (required)
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening (required)
- Willingness to work within an international team (required)
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters (required)

- Proven customer service experience handling VIP Clients (preferred)
