Account Operations Specialist

Description

SoftConstruct is searching for a new player to join its team as an Account Operations Specialist.

This role serves as the primary operational liaison and intermediary between Account Managers and internal departments, such as Legal and Compliance.

The specialist will manage and track internal tasks across departments to ensure contract fulfilment and project onboarding. They will also own and organise the end-to-end partner document signature process, ensuring all contracts, NDAs, and agreements are properly routed, signed, and archived.

Additionally, the role involves monitoring task statuses across project management tools to ensure internal teams meet SLA deadlines for partner requests, and assisting in troubleshooting administrative or workflow bottlenecks that delay partner onboarding or contract execution.

Maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation and records of all active partner contracts and legal agreements is crucial. The specialist will provide regular status updates to Account Managers regarding their clients' operational tasks and legal workflows, and ensure compliance with internal operational protocols and data handling policies.

Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labour code will also be carried out.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with internal operational protocols and data handling policies
  • Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (required)
  • At least 1 year of experience in operational support, account management, customer support roles in IT industry (required)
  • Knowledge of fluent English is mandatory (required)
  • Knowledge of the iGaming and gambling industry (nice-to-have)
  • Good knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com), and Microsoft Office tools (required)
  • Strong understanding of workflow coordination and cross-departmental documentation tracking (required)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (required)
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities (required)
  • Good time management and prioritization skills (required)
  • Detail-oriented, confident and adaptive to fast pace environment (required)
