AI Visual Specialist
Description
We are looking for an AI Visual Specialist to collaborate with our design team in creating innovative visual content using AI tools & techniques.
Responsibilities
- Create visually engaging and high-quality marketing materials that reflect the brand’s style and goals
- Use generative AI tools to design and produce a wide variety of visuals - such as illustrations, animations, textures, and concept art
- Maintain consistency and clarity in all designs across different platforms and formats
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and creative teams to bring ideas to life through effective visuals
- Develop branded visuals and animations with attention to detail, usability, and brand alignment
- Help create and document smooth, repeatable workflows for using prompts and AI tools in the design process
- Stay up to date with the latest design and AI trends, tools, and best practices, and apply them in daily work
- Show initiative, creativity, and openness to feedback, continuously improving and growing within the team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related creative field. Candidates with other relevant backgrounds and strong portfolios will also be considered (required)
- 2+ years in graphic design, digital art, concept art, branding, ideally within digital, media, or marketing environments (required)
- Solid understanding of graphic design and digital Art and experience applying brand guidelines across different media (required)
- Proficiency in prompt engineering and utilizing leading generative Al visual online tools (e.g., Freepik, Elevenlabs, Luma Dream Machine, Higgsfield, Midjourney) (required)
- Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator (required)
- Strong time-management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment (required)
- Attention to detail and a drive for clean, accessible, and user-friendly design (required)
- Knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus (nice-to-have)
