Business Development Executive (Night Shift)
SoftConstruct is seeking a Business Development Executive to join its team for a night shift role. The position focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities within the iGaming and gambling industry, including platforms, casinos, and betting solutions.
The role involves building relationships with stakeholders, conducting market research, and negotiating deals to meet revenue targets. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and represent the company at industry events.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the iGaming and gambling industry (platforms, casinos, betting solutions, and related products).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, potential customers, and business expansion opportunities.
- Negotiate and close business deals to meet sales and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align business strategies and promotional activities.
- Attend industry events, expos, and networking conferences to expand the company’s presence and brand recognition worldwide.
- Monitor industry regulations and ensure compliance with local and international gaming laws.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management on business development progress and strategic plans.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (required).
- At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the iGaming or gambling industry (required).
- Strong understanding of iGaming platforms, casino solutions, and gambling products (preferred).
- Ability to conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis (required).
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements (required).
- Experience in developing partnerships and managing key accounts (required).
- Proficiency in CRM tools, business development software, and project management tools (required).
- Knowledge of the Turkish language (required).
- Knowledge of any additional language (nice-to-have).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (required).
- Result-driven and highly motivated (required).
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment (required).
- Persuasive with strong problem-solving abilities (required).
- Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills (required).
- Open to travel for business meetings and industry events (required).
- Availability to work the night shift, from 2:00 AM to 10:00 AM (required).
