Business Development Intern
SoftConstruct is looking for a Business Development Intern to join its team. The role involves supporting the Business Development team with daily activities, client communication, and ongoing commercial projects.
The intern will re-contact previous leads from the existing database to re-establish communication and identify potential business opportunities. Market research on potential clients, partners, markets, competitors, and industry trends will also be a key part of the role.
Maintaining professional communication and following up with potential and existing partners is essential. The intern will also keep lead, client, and partner information accurate and up to date in internal systems and databases. Coordination with Product, Marketing, Legal, and other internal teams will be required, as will assisting in preparing presentations, reports, meeting materials, and business-related documentation.
The role offers an opportunity to develop knowledge of SoftConstruct's products, the iGaming industry, and business development processes. Additional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor will also be performed in alignment with the job description and labor code.
- Support the Business Development team with daily activities, client communication, and ongoing commercial projects.
- Review and re-contact previous leads from the existing database to re-establish communication and identify potential business opportunities.
- Conduct basic research on potential clients, partners, markets, competitors, and industry trends.
- Maintain professional communication and follow up with potential and existing partners.
- Keep lead, client, and partner information accurate and up to date in internal systems and databases.
- Support communication and coordination with Product, Marketing, Legal, and other internal teams when required.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, meeting materials, and business-related documentation.
- Develop knowledge of the company's products, the iGaming industry, and business development processes.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor in alignment with the job description and labor code.
- Bachelor's degree or current university studies in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, International Relations, or another relevant field. (required)
- Previous professional experience is not required. (required)
- Internship, volunteering, university projects, or customer-facing experience would be an advantage. (nice-to-have)
- Excellent command of English - C1/C2 level is required, both written and spoken. (required)
- Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills. (required)
- High motivation to learn, develop, and build a career in Business Development. (required)
- Ability to research information, work with data, and summarise findings clearly. (required)
- Confident user of MS Office / Google Workspace; ability to quickly learn CRM and other business tools. (required)
- Responsible, polite, organised, proactive, and comfortable communicating with different stakeholders. (required)
