SoftConstruct is looking for an experienced Casino Manager to lead and grow the casino product in the Danish market. In this role, the individual will own the local casino strategy, optimise product performance, and ensure the best possible gaming experience for players.
The role involves working closely with Product, Marketing, CRM, Tech, and external game providers to drive commercial success while ensuring full compliance with local regulations. SoftConstruct seeks a candidate who is passionate about iGaming, data-driven decision-making, and delivering exceptional player experiences.
- Own and execute the casino strategy for the Denmark market, ensuring sustainable growth and strong product performance.
- Curate and optimise the casino game portfolio, managing relationships with game providers and securing top-performing and exclusive content.
- Monitor casino KPIs, including RTP, GGR, player engagement, and overall game performance, identifying opportunities for optimisation.
- Ensure casino operations comply with Danish regulatory requirements and internal company standards.
- Collaborate with Marketing and CRM teams to develop localised campaigns, promotional mechanics, free spins, bonuses, and player retention initiatives.
- Analyse player behaviour, market trends, and competitor activities to continuously improve the casino offering.
- Work closely with Product and Tech teams to enhance the casino lobby, mobile experience, UX, and support new feature development.
- Lead, mentor, and support junior Casino Coordinators and Analysts, fostering a high-performance and collaborative team environment.
- Proven experience in Casino Management, Casino Product, or a similar role within the iGaming industry (required).
- Strong understanding of casino products, game providers, player lifecycle, and promotional mechanics (required).
- Experience working with casino performance metrics such as RTP, GGR, and player engagement KPIs (required).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions (required).
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills (required).
- Strong communication and leadership abilities (required).
- Fluent English (written and spoken) (required).
- Experience working with the Danish iGaming market (nice-to-have).
- Knowledge of Danish gambling regulations (nice-to-have).
- Experience managing relationships with leading casino game providers (nice-to-have).
