Chief Customer Success Officer / VBET
SoftConstruct is looking for a visionary Chief Customer Success Officer (CCSO) to architect and lead the entire customer journey for VBET. This role involves building a seamless, high-end ecosystem that integrates Customer Support, CRM, Retention, and VIP services to transform high-stakes gambling into a bespoke concierge experience.
The CCSO will be the mastermind ensuring synergy across all player-facing verticals. The role requires defining VIP policies, managing high-end concierge services, and ensuring that technical infrastructure supports a premium frontend experience.
- Build and synchronize the Customer Success vertical.
- Create frictionless synergy between Customer Support, CRM, Retention, and VIP departments.
- Define VIP policies, regional approaches, and specialized departments for high-net-worth player needs.
- Act as a brand ambassador by attending elite parties, poker rooms, and industry hubs.
- Build and manage a high-end concierge service to ensure a luxury experience for the VIP cohort.
- Define and launch cohesive cross-departmental strategies and policies.
- Formulate requests for the technical infrastructure team to support a premium frontend experience.
- Proven track record in C-level or VP-level roles within top-tier iGaming companies, overseeing multiple player-facing departments (required)
- Experience in high-stakes environments, understanding land-based casinos in Las Vegas or Macau (required)
- Background as a Community Manager or experience in high-spend poker rooms (preferred)
- Ability to validate and scout VIPs from a cold base (required)
- Hybrid mindset of data-driven Customer Success strategy and B2C Business Development (required)
- Exceptional executive presentation skills and ability to coach department heads (required)
- Fluent in English and Russian with excellent verbal and presentation skills (required)
- Willingness to travel frequently to connect with players and stakeholders (required)
- Direct reporting to the CEO and Shareholders.
