Compliance Monitoring and Oversight Specialist
SoftConstruct is seeking a Compliance Monitoring and Oversight Specialist to join its team. The role focuses on ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and internal processes across various jurisdictions within the iGaming sector.
The specialist will be responsible for conducting regular monitoring activities, including platform and back-office reviews, as well as overseeing KYC and due diligence processes. This position requires a detail-oriented professional capable of identifying risks and reporting findings to leadership to maintain operational integrity.
- Conduct B2B compliance monitoring and oversight across all jurisdictions.
- Execute regular Change Management checks, Platform checks, Back Office process reviews, and Umbrella monitoring.
- Monitor KYC process execution, Due Diligence processes, and oversight of technical changes and reporting systems.
- Document monitoring results, identify non-compliance risks, and report findings to the Team Lead.
- Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or related field (required).
- At least 2-4 years of experience in compliance monitoring, KYC/Due Diligence auditing, or regulatory review (required).
- Understanding of B2B compliance processes, Change Management, KYC, and Due Diligence practices in iGaming (required).
- Detail-oriented mindset with experience in platform checks and back-office oversight (required).
- Good knowledge of English (required).
- Armenian/Russian language skills (nice-to-have).
