Compliance Monitoring and Oversight Team Lead
SoftConstruct is seeking a Compliance Monitoring and Oversight Team Lead to oversee regulatory workflows and ensure operational integrity. The role involves directing continuous auditing and monitoring processes across both B2B and B2C operations to maintain strict compliance standards.
The successful candidate will lead a dedicated team of specialists, establishing robust testing frameworks and managing risk reporting. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying compliance gaps and implementing effective corrective actions.
- Direct continuous tracking, auditing, and real-time monitoring of regulatory workflows to ensure alignment across B2B and B2C operations.
- Establish robust testing frameworks and supervise a dedicated team of compliance monitors.
- Immediately flag potential compliance breaches or systemic gaps and formulate action plans.
- Report risk insights directly to department leadership, ensuring immediate corrective actions are taken to maintain operational integrity.
- Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labour code.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Audit, Finance, Business Administration, or Law (required).
- At least 5-7 years of experience in compliance monitoring, risk oversight, or internal audit (required).
- Deep expertise in compliance monitoring, internal controls, and risk management in iGaming (required).
- Strong leadership abilities to direct testing processes and manage dedicated monitoring specialists (required).
- Fluency in English (required).
- Armenian and Russian proficiency (nice-to-have).
