Continent Manager / Asia
FeedConstruct is searching for a new player to join their team as a Continent Manager for Asia. This role involves leading and overseeing data collection and scouting operations across the Asian continent.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building, managing, and optimising a regional network of scouts, data contributors, and operational partners. Ensuring high-quality, real-time sports data collection across targeted competitions and markets is a key aspect of this position.
This role also requires identifying and implementing strategic coverage expansion opportunities across Asia, while maintaining operational consistency, accuracy, and compliance with global data standards. Close coordination with product, trading, rights, and technology teams is essential. The role will involve monitoring regional sports ecosystems, leagues, and emerging data opportunities, as well as managing the onboarding, training, and performance evaluation of regional contributors.
Optimising workflows, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and data latency is also a responsibility. The Continent Manager must ensure adherence to integrity, legal, and commercial guidelines in all markets and represent the company in regional meetings, partnerships, and operational discussions. Additional duties assigned by the immediate supervisor in line with operational objectives will also be performed.
- Lead and oversee data collection and scouting operations across the Asian continent.

- Coordinate closely with product, trading, rights, and technology teams.

- Represent the company in regional meetings, partnerships, and operational discussions.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the immediate supervisor in line with operational objectives.
- Higher education in Business, Sports Management, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field (required).
- Proven experience in sports data operations, scouting networks, or sports trading/data collection environments (required).
- Strong understanding of Asian sports markets and competition structures (required).
- Experience managing distributed teams across multiple countries (required).
- Strong operational, analytical, and process optimization skills (required).
- Ability to work in fast-paced, real-time data environments (required).
- Strong communication and leadership skills (required).
- Fluent English communication skills (required).
- Knowledge of Chinese and/or Hindi is considered a strong advantage (nice-to-have).
- Willingness to travel across Asia when required (required).
- Ability to operate in hybrid or remote senior management structures (required).
