CRM Operational Coordinator
SoftConstruct is seeking an ambitious recent graduate to join the CRM team. This role is a prime opportunity for newly graduated students who want to gain valuable hands-on experience, learn the ins and outs of customer relationship management, and build a strong foundation for long-term career growth.
The successful candidate will handle day-to-day operational tasks within the CRM platform, leverage AI-driven segmentation tools, and assist in streamlining communication copy. They will also test promotional materials, manage communication channels, and gather data for performance analysis and reporting.
- Handle day-to-day operational tasks within the CRM platform to ensure smooth team workflows.
- Learn to leverage AI-driven segmentation tools and platforms to create highly personalised promotions for targeted customer segments.
- Assist in using AI tools to streamline communication copy and optimise routine CRM operational tasks.
- Test promotional materials and campaign workflows to ensure proper functionality and a seamless user experience.
- Learn to navigate and manage communication channels (SMS, internal messaging, pop-ups, emails) to reach specific target audiences.
- Assist in gathering data, analysing performance metrics, and compiling routine reports.
- Monitor incoming support tickets or requests related to CRM operations and route them appropriately.
- Help prepare materials for CRM system training sessions, demo calls, and client onboarding processes.
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, or a related field (required).
- Upper intermediate level in English (required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required).
- Interest in data-driven marketing (required).
- Working knowledge of AI tools (required).
