Customer Support Agent
VBET Romania is looking for a Customer Support Agent to assist customers by addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues with a focus on Romanian speaking Customers.
The successful candidate will be working within a fast paced, exciting, and highly productive environment. This is a demanding, responsible, varied, exciting and challenging role where a passion for customers, sport and betting is essential. In order to satisfy customers and offer them a great user experience, individuals with commercial awareness and strong communicational skills are sought.
- Deliver customer service through online and phone support.
- Provide solutions to customers with the help of supervisors from different department.
- Provide detailed information about websites, procedures, payments and request.
- Inform customers about deals and promotions.
- Previous experience is NOT required (required).
- Proficient user of Romanian Language both spoken and write (required).
- Enjoy finding solutions to a variety of problems and supporting customers in a friendly and productive manner (required).
- Curiosity and interest in digital products and application (required).
- Strong communication and organizational skill (required).
- High level of flexibility and adaptability to maneuver in a very dynamic environment (required).
- Proficiency in English is considered as a plus (nice-to-have).
