Head of B2B Compliance Team
SoftConstruct is seeking a Head of B2B Compliance Team to oversee regulatory compliance and licensing management across global markets. The role involves ensuring that all proprietary software, games, and sportsbook platforms adhere to international regulatory standards while managing risks in diverse jurisdictions.
The position requires a leader to manage the onboarding and technical oversight of Turnkey and White Label partners. The successful candidate will mentor the compliance team and serve as a primary point of contact between B2B clients, product developers, legal counsel, and external auditors.
- Secure, maintain, and leverage the Group's B2B licenses across global regulated markets.
- Ensure all proprietary software, games, and sportsbook platforms strictly comply with international regulatory standards.
- Manage regulatory risks across diverse jurisdictions and maintain seamless alignment with local regulators.
- Lead a team dedicated to onboarding and monitoring Turnkey and White Label partners.
- Ensure technical compliance of all solutions and products delivered to business clients.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the B2B compliance team.
- Act as a key liaison between B2B clients, product developers, legal counsel, and external auditors.
- Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (required).
- At least 5-8 years of experience in regulatory compliance, with a strong focus on B2B iGaming operations (required).
- Proven experience in B2B compliance, licensing, and regulatory oversight within the iGaming industry (required).
- In-depth knowledge of global B2B iGaming regulations, Turnkey, and White Label frameworks (required).
- Demonstrated experience in leading compliance teams and managing multi-jurisdictional compliance operations (required).
- Fluency in English (required).
- Knowledge of Armenian and Russian (nice-to-have).
