HR Administration Specialist
SoftConstruct is looking for an HR Administration Specialist to support the HR Department within the CreedRoomz division. This is a full-time on-site role as the HR and Administration Specialist for SoftConstruct's Creedroomz department located in Yerevan.
As the HR and Administration Specialist, the role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day tasks of documentation and more.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
- Prepare and process HR documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding paperwork.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Support the HR team with organising internal processes.
- Handle day-to-day HR inquiries and provide general administrative support.
- Assist in managing employee benefits and maintaining records.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Prepare reports and HR metrics as needed.
- Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
- At least 1 year of work experience in HR Administration field (required).
- Understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and practices (required).
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail (required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) (required).
- Familiarity with HR software is a plus (nice-to-have).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion (required).
- A proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving (required).
- Excellent knowledge of Russian and English languages (required).
