HR Generalist
CreedRoomz is looking for an HR Generalist to join the team. The role focuses on managing end-to-end recruitment and overseeing HR administration to support operational scaling.
The HR Generalist will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local labour laws and developing competitive benefits packages. The position requires a professional capable of managing performance frameworks and conducting industry analysis to maintain high retention within the local iGaming sector.
- Manage end-to-end mass recruitment for Game Presenters, Shufflers, Studio Managers, technical specialists, and other relevant roles to meet operational scaling needs.
- Oversee full-cycle HR administration, ensuring total compliance with local labor laws, seamlessly managing contract preparation, and maintaining accurate personnel files.
- Research, design, and roll out competitive localized benefits packages including health insurance, transport allowances, and fitness perks tailored to market standards.
- Conduct continuous salary benchmarking and industry trend analysis within the local iGaming sector to maintain competitive compensation and drive high retention.
- Implement, manage, and optimize the company's KPI framework for the local workforce to align employee performance with business objectives.
- Over 3 years of experience in HR, specialising in high-volume recruitment for the customer service, BPO, and gaming sectors (required).
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (required).
- Comprehensive understanding of Brazilian labor laws and regulations (required).
- A strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, shift-based environment (required).
