HR Generalist
CreedRoomz is currently looking for an HR Generalist to join the team. This role focuses on managing human resources operations and recruitment strategies to support the company's live casino software and gaming entertainment services.
The position involves overseeing high-volume hiring processes and ensuring that HR administrative practices align with local labour regulations. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining competitive employment standards and performance management systems within the organisation.
- Lead the mass hiring of Game Presenters, Shufflers, and Studio Managers, technical specialists.
- Manage full-cycle HR admin, including contract preparation, local labor law compliance, and personnel file management.
- Research, propose, and implement a competitive localized benefit package (e.g., medical insurance, transport, and gym access).
- Conduct ongoing salary benchmarking and trend analysis against competitive iGaming companies to ensure high retention.
- Integrate and manage the company’s KPI system for the local workforce.
- 3+ years in HR, with proven experience in high-volume recruitment for Customer service, BPO, or gaming sectors (required).
- Romanian - native, English - B2+ (required).
- Deep understanding of Romanian labor regulations (required).
- High sense of responsibility and the ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment (required).
