HR Manager
CreedRoomz is looking for an HR Manager to join the team. The role focuses on managing human resources operations and recruitment strategies to support the company's live casino software and gaming entertainment services.
The successful candidate will oversee high-volume hiring processes and ensure that HR administrative functions align with local labour regulations. The position requires a proactive approach to talent management and the implementation of competitive benefits to maintain high employee retention within a fast-paced environment.
- Lead the mass hiring of Game Presenters, Shufflers, Studio Managers, and technical specialists.
- Manage full-cycle HR admin, including contract preparation, local labour law compliance, and personnel file management.
- Research, propose, and implement a competitive localized benefit package including medical insurance, transport, and gym access.
- Conduct ongoing salary benchmarking and trend analysis against competitive iGaming companies to ensure high retention.
- Integrate and manage the company’s KPI system for the local workforce.
- 3+ years in HR, with proven experience in high-volume recruitment for Customer service, BPO, or gaming sectors (required).
- Romanian - native (required).
- English - B2+ (required).
- Deep understanding of Romanian labour regulations (required).
- High sense of responsibility and the ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment (required).
