HR Manager
CreedRoomz is currently looking for an HR Manager to join the team. The role focuses on managing end-to-end recruitment and HR administration to support operational scaling within the live casino and online gaming sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning employee performance with business objectives and ensuring that compensation and benefits remain competitive within the local market.
- Manage end-to-end mass recruitment for Game Presenters, Shufflers, Studio Managers, technical specialists, and other relevant roles to meet operational scaling needs.
- Oversee full-cycle HR administration, ensuring total compliance with local labor laws, seamlessly managing contract preparation, and maintaining accurate personnel files.
- Research, design, and roll out competitive localized benefits packages, including health insurance, transport allowances, and fitness perks, tailored to market standards.
- Conduct continuous salary benchmarking and industry trend analysis within the local iGaming sector to maintain competitive compensation and drive high retention.
- Implement, manage, and optimise the company's KPI framework for the local workforce to align employee performance with business objectives.
- Over 3 years of experience in HR, specialising in high-volume recruitment for the customer service, BPO, and gaming sectors (required).
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (required).
- Comprehensive understanding of Brazilian labor laws and regulations (required).
- A strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, shift-based environment (required).
