IT Support Specialist
SoftConstruct is seeking a highly motivated IT Support Specialist who has a minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues within a corporate environment. Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems and remote support tools. Familiarity with cloud-based systems and software (e.g., Office 365, Azure). Experience with network management and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Provide timely and effective technical support to internal users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Configure, install, and maintain computers, peripherals, and software, ensuring optimal performance for end-users.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as software updates, antivirus management, and system backups.
- Support software and hardware troubleshooting, offering solutions for day-to-day issues faced by employees.
- Conduct hardware and software inventory management, ensuring that IT assets are appropriately tracked and maintained.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on new technologies, applications, and IT-related best practices.
- Contribute to the development and documentation of IT procedures and troubleshooting guidelines.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role (required).

- Experience with network protocols, VPNs, and IT security best practices (required).
- Strong understanding of data protection and privacy standards (required).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills (required).
