Junior HTML CSS Developer
SoftConstruct is searching for a new player to join their team as a Junior HTML CSS Developer. This role involves contributing to the development and maintenance of frontend applications under the guidance of experienced team members. The developer will be responsible for creating and maintaining user interface components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and assisting in the implementation of responsive and user-friendly web interfaces based on provided designs and requirements. The position requires writing clean, understandable, and maintainable code, participating in code reviews, and collaborating with designers, backend developers, and QA engineers. The role also includes working with REST APIs, using version control systems like Git, and learning new frontend technologies and development practices to support the team in delivering new features and improving user experience. Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the Labor Code will also be carried out.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of frontend applications under the guidance of experienced team members.
- Develop and maintain user interface components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Assist in implementing responsive and user-friendly web interfaces based on provided designs and requirements.
- Write clean, understandable, and maintainable code following team coding standards and best practices.
- Assist in identifying and fixing frontend bugs and UI issues.
- Participate in code reviews, team discussions, and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Work with REST APIs and integrate frontend applications with backend services under guidance when required.
- Use version control systems such as Git as part of the development workflow.
- Collaborate with designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and other team members.
- Learn and apply new frontend technologies, frameworks, tools, and development practices as required by project needs.
- Support the team in delivering new features and improving existing functionality and user experience.
- Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the Labor Code.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. (required)

- Familiarity with a modern frontend framework or library, preferably React. (nice-to-have)
- Basic familiarity with Git or another version control system. (preferred)
