Live Quality and Operations Supervisor (Turkish & Arabic)
SoftConstruct is looking for a highly organised and proactive Live Quality & Operations Supervisor to oversee live gaming activities, ensuring high-quality service, compliance, and operational excellence across all shifts.
This hybrid role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of live gaming operations, and fluency in both Turkish and English to effectively manage communication and team performance.
- Arrive before shift start to review updates, previous shift reports, and employee performance.
- Conduct appearance and uniform checks, verify game knowledge of new employees, and ensure technical readiness.
- Monitor all live tables, manage real-time technical and gameplay issues, and ensure smooth transitions between dealers.
- Observe dealer performance, provide timely feedback, initiate corrective measures, and ensure service excellence.
- Coordinate retraining sessions for underperforming staff, and provide ongoing feedback for performance improvement.
- Maintain detailed shift reports, track incidents, and escalate unresolved issues to senior management.
- Supervise the condition of the studio, including table presentation, uniform standards, and equipment functionality.
- Act as the main point of contact during the shift for team members, management, and other departments.
- Work with task tracking tools (e.g., Jira) and gaming platforms to monitor tasks, incidents, and studio activities.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in live gaming operations or a related supervisory role (required).
- Deep understanding of live casino operations, workflow, and compliance standards (required).
- Strong command of both Turkish, Arabic, and English (written and spoken) (required).
- Familiarity with live streaming technologies, dealer platforms, and studio systems (required).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team (required).
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment (required).
- Proficiency in using Jira, Microsoft Office, and internal management tools (required).
- High attention to detail, organisational skills, and accountability (required).
- Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays (required).
- Availability for urgent communication when needed (24/7 in emergencies) (required).
- Experience in a multicultural or international live studio environment (nice-to-have).
- Ability to analyze KPIs and propose improvements for service quality (nice-to-have).
- Leadership certification or related training in team management (nice-to-have).
