Live Quality Supervisor
SoftConstruct is seeking a highly organised and proactive Live Quality Supervisor to oversee live gaming activities and ensure optimal performance and compliance across all shifts. This role requires strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of live gaming operations, and the ability to manage technical and operational challenges in real-time.
- Arrive 30 minutes before the shift to review operational updates, ongoing issues, and new employee performance insights.
- Conduct check-ins, ensure dealers meet appearance and uniform standards, and verify new employees' game knowledge.
- Monitor live dealer performance, provide feedback, address errors, and enforce corrective actions when necessary.
- Oversee real-time game operations, ensuring smooth dealer transitions and prompt resolution of technical or gameplay issues.
- Evaluate dealer performance, coordinate retraining for underperforming employees, and conduct regular feedback sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of shift activities, document violations, and escalate unresolved issues to supervisors.
- Ensure all gaming equipment, dealer tablets, and live streaming setups are fully functional throughout the shift.
- Supervise the cleanliness and presentation of gaming tables, dealer uniforms, and the studio environment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for shift-related escalations, customer feedback, and operational inquiries.
- Strong knowledge of live gaming operations and industry standards (required).
- Familiarity with task management systems (e.g., Jira, B2B platforms) (required).
- Fluency in English (required).
- Knowledge of additional languages (nice-to-have).
