Makeup Artist
SoftConstruct is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Makeup Artist to join the Creedroomz Studio Department in a managerial capacity. The role involves leading visual grooming standards and ensuring that Game Presenters remain camera-ready for high-definition broadcasts.
In addition to providing makeup services, the successful candidate will manage team schedules and oversee inventory across various studio locations. The position requires a professional who can maintain high standards of hygiene and collaborate effectively with studio management to align appearances with brand requirements.
- Provide professional makeup services for Game Presenters, ensuring consistent visual standards across all studios.
- Perform makeup touch-ups throughout the shift to maintain a camera-ready appearance.
- Maintain hygiene standards by regularly cleaning and disinfecting tools, workstations, and products.
- Collaborate with studio management and creative teams to ensure looks align with brand image and broadcasting requirements.
- Maintain a comprehensive inventory of makeup products and tools, notifying management for restocking needs.
- Support presenters with basic hairstyling and grooming when required.
- Keep track of trends and recommend updated looks and products suitable for studio lighting and HD broadcasting.
- Train new presenters on self-care, basic grooming standards, and appearance expectations.
- Report any skin issues, allergies, or other concerns from presenters to the relevant departments.
- Prepare daily reports on supplies used and maintain documentation of product usage.
- Coordinate makeup schedules efficiently to avoid delays in studio operations.
- Participate in studio events, promotional campaigns, and photo/video sessions as required.
- Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labour code.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a makeup artist in a studio, broadcasting, or live production environment (required).
