Middle Casino Product Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a driven Middle Casino Product Marketing Specialist to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you will oversee casino product marketing tactics, execute impactful campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the success of our product marketing initiatives.
- Develop, execute, and optimize marketing strategies and multi-channel campaigns to promote our casino product portfolio
- Partner with product development teams to seamlessly align marketing strategies with new features and offerings.
- Coordinate with various teams to create compelling marketing materials and messaging
- Analyze customer insights, campaign performance, and competitor activities to continually optimize marketing efforts
- Lead initiatives to boost customer engagement and retention through targeted promotions and loyalty programs
- Oversee marketing budgets to ensure the cost-effective use of campaign resources
- Provide regular performance reports and data analysis to senior leadership, recommending actionable areas for improvement
- Participate in the ideation and launch of new products, ensuring marketing strategies perfectly align with overarching business goals
- Support the team by ensuring assignments meet established deadlines, and take an active role in training and onboarding junior team members
- 2+ years of professional experience in marketing or a related field (required)
- Comprehensive, in-depth understanding of the gambling industry, specifically focused on casino products (required)
- Background or degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (required)
- Full proficiency in both written and spoken English and Russian (required)
- Proven experience in creating product marketing plans, executing campaigns, and utilizing CRM systems and segmentation strategies (required)
- Ability to analyze and effectively visualize complex numerical data (required)
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex formulas, charts, tables), Metabase, CRM Reports, and Backoffice tools (required)
- Hands-on experience with Jira for organizing, assigning, and tracking product marketing projects. (required)
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Acrobat (for creative material handling) and Google Slides for presenting project logic and budgets (required)
- A strong sense of ownership with proactive problem-solving skills (required)
