Middle Sportsbook Product Marketing Specialist
The company is looking for a driven Middle Sportsbook Product Marketing Specialist to join its dynamic team. In this role, the specialist will support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, manage multi-regional marketing operations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the success of the Sportsbook product.
The role involves overseeing marketing calendars, conducting market research, and ensuring all marketing activities strictly comply with local and regional regulations. The specialist will stay informed of competitors' strategies and analyse international best practices within the gambling industry to increase the efficiency of promotions.
They will also work closely with regional teams to adapt and align campaigns with local market needs, support the senior team in project execution and stakeholder communication, and mentor junior team members. The specialist will monitor campaign performance metrics, generate regular reports for leadership, identify areas for improvement, and propose actionable, data-driven solutions. Contributions to brainstorming sessions and the introduction of creative ideas for upcoming campaigns are also expected.
- Assist in planning and executing impactful promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams (Content, Design, CRM, SMM, Product) to deliver high-quality marketing materials.
- Manage the creation of banners, push notifications, and other engaging promotional content.
- Oversee multi-regional marketing calendars, ensuring perfect alignment with local and international sports events.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to understand customer preferences, emerging trends, and pain points.
- Ensure all marketing activities strictly comply with local and regional regulations.
- Stay informed of competitors’ strategies, campaigns, and innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
- Analyze international best practices within the gambling industry to increase the efficiency of our promotions.
- Work closely with regional teams to adapt and align campaigns with local market needs.
- Support the senior team in project execution and stakeholder communication.
- Mentor and support junior team members to build expertise within the unit.

- 2+ years of professional experience in product marketing or a related field (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (required)
- Full proficiency in both written and spoken English and Russian (required)
- Proven expertise in campaign planning, budget management, and performance analysis (required)
- Proficiency in modern marketing tools, analytics platforms, and project management software (required)
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas (required)
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly to changing priorities (required)
- Exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment (required)
