Operations Manager / VBET
SoftConstruct is seeking a highly organised, analytical, and proactive Operations Manager to join the team directly within the Office of the CEO. In this pivotal role, the individual will act as a strategic operational bridge between the CEO and key organisational departments.
The Operations Manager will lead cross-functional projects, streamline operational workflows, drive action item follow-ups, and perform high-level mathematical and financial analysis to support executive decision-making in a fast-paced iGaming environment.
- Lead, plan, and execute strategic projects initiated by the CEO from inception to delivery.
- Track project milestones, manage resource allocation, and ensure timely completion across cross-functional teams.
- Evaluate operational bottlenecks and implement process enhancements to maximise overall efficiency.
- Serve as the central operational bridge connecting key departments.
- Facilitate inter-departmental communication to ensure all business units remain aligned with executive strategy.
- Conduct systematic task follow-ups to ensure deliverables assigned by the CEO are completed on schedule.
- Apply strong mathematical and analytical skills to assess operational metrics, key performance indicators, and gaming analytics.
- Conduct quantitative analysis, financial modelling, and data evaluation to support strategic business cases.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, executive summaries, and data visualisations for executive decision-making.
- Organise executive workflows, draft briefing materials, and prepare agenda items for high-level meetings.
- Manage confidential administrative operations and strategic task tracking within the Office of the CEO.
- Minimum 3+ years of direct experience in the iGaming industry (required).
- Strong background in mathematics, statistics, data analytics, or financial modelling (required).
- Proven track record of managing multi-departmental projects and tracking deliverables across teams (required).
- Hands-on experience using modern project management software and productivity platforms (required).
- Fluent in verbal and written Armenian and English with clear executive-level communication skills (required).
- Russian is an advantage (nice-to-have).
- Demonstrated ability to interact, coordinate, and influence department heads and leadership teams (required).
- Exceptional organisational skills, high attention to detail, and proactive task management (required).
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to operational efficiency (required).
- Capability to handle confidential business matters with high discretion and professional ethics (required).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
