Payments Operations Specialist
SoftConstruct is on the search for a new player to join its team as a Payments Operations Specialist.
The role involves processing and monitoring daily transactions, preventing fraud, and coordinating with payment service providers. The specialist will also assist customers with payment-related inquiries and work to improve payment flows and user experience.
- Process and monitor daily transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and refunds.
- Monitor transactions for suspicious activities and implement fraud prevention measures.
- Assist in chargeback and dispute resolution processes.
- Work with risk management teams to enhance security protocols.
- Manage relationships with payment service providers (PSPs) and banks.
- Support integration and testing of new payment methods and gateways.
- Assist customers with payment-related inquiries and escalations.
- Investigate and resolve payment failures and processing errors.
- Provide insights to improve payment flow and user experience.
- Experience in working with PSPs, chargebacks, and fraud detection systems (required).
- Strong knowledge of payment processing systems and online payment flows (required).
- Familiarity with AML, KYC, PCI DSS, and compliance regulations (required).
- Experience in fraud detection, chargeback management, and dispute resolution (required).
- Proficiency in using payment monitoring and reconciliation tools (required).
- Analytical skills for identifying trends and improving payment processes (required).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities (required).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills (required).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment (required).
