Payments Project Manager
SoftConstruct is on the search for a new player to join their team as a Payments Project Manager.
This role involves managing legal agreements with payment service providers to ensure full compliance with betting regulations and internal policies. It also includes leading and coordinating the onboarding process of new payment partners, ensuring smooth integration with all required systems, and maintaining transparent, consistent communication with all providers to foster strong, long-term partnerships.
The Payments Project Manager will act as the main point of contact for daily operational matters related to payment processing, addressing and resolving payment-related issues quickly and efficiently to ensure uninterrupted customer transactions. Performance metrics of payment partners will be monitored to ensure quality, stability, and operational efficiency.
Additionally, the role requires representing the company at international iGaming and betting events, industry exhibitions, and networking forums, as well as building new partnerships and strengthening existing relationships to support company expansion into new markets.
Cross-team collaboration is essential, working closely with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Product, and Tech teams to ensure seamless execution of payment operations. The role also involves supporting product managers with payment-related improvements, feature rollouts, and integrations, and carrying out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code.

- Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code.
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (required)
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing, event marketing, or trade show marketing (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, IT, or a related field (required)
- At least 2 years of experience in payment operations or financial services within the iGaming or gambling industry (required)
- Good knowledge of English and Russian languages (required)
- Experience managing legal agreements and working with compliance frameworks (required)
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills (required)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, detail-oriented approach (required)
- Ability to represent the company professionally at international events (required)
