Predictions Market Operations Specialist
The Predictions Market Operations Specialist will be responsible for curating and launching engaging prediction contracts based on emerging global trends, real-world events, and sports metrics.
This role involves overseeing live markets, tracking volume, monitoring trading anomalies, and maintaining the integrity of the betting or exchange infrastructure.
The specialist will research, verify, and settle market outcomes using credible data sources and primary oracle mechanisms in a timely manner.
Collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Risk management teams is essential for testing and launching new features, automated tools, and betting verticals.
Troubleshooting backend platform issues, coordinating resolutions with IT support, and handling complex escalated user queries regarding market resolutions are key duties.
Ensuring all created markets adhere to internal compliance policies and external licensing requirements regarding prohibited betting topics is also a responsibility.
Benchmarking competitor platforms to identify missing market opportunities will be part of the role.
- Identify emerging global trends, real-world events, and sports metrics to curate and launch engaging prediction contracts.
- Oversee live markets, track volume, monitor trading anomalies, and maintain the integrity of our betting/exchange infrastructure.
- Research, verify, and settle market outcomes using credible data sources and primary oracle mechanisms in a timely manner.
- Partner with the Product, Engineering, and Risk management teams to test and launch new features, automated tools, and betting verticals.
- Troubleshoot backend platform issues, coordinate fast resolutions with IT support, and handle complex escalated user queries regarding market resolutions.
- Ensure all created markets adhere to internal compliance policies and external licensing requirements regarding prohibited betting topics.
- Benchmark competitor platforms to spot missing market opportunities.
- Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration or any relevant field (required).
- Excellent written and spoken English language (required).
- At least 2 years of experience in iGaming, sportsbooks, financial/crypto trading operations, or a highly technical customer operations role (required).
- Deep comfort with backend CMS platforms, data analytics, and basic project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, SQL knowledge is a plus) (required).
- Strong analytical and research skills (required).
- Good interpersonal and collaboration skills (required).
- Excellent problem solving and time management skills (required).
- Adaptive, proactive, UpToDate to new mechanisms globally (required).
- Open to travel to business trips to match live events and global breaking news cycles (required).
