Quality Control Specialist
FeedConstruct is on the search for a Quality Control Specialist.
This is a full-time, night-shift job located at Gevorg Chaush 122, Yerevan, Armenia.
The role involves monitoring and ensuring the quality and accuracy of live game data and events during the entire shift. The specialist will conduct regular checks and verifications of live games to identify potential issues or inconsistencies and provide real-time feedback to operators, scouts, and other team members regarding errors, discrepancies, or potential improvements.
Analysis and resolution of quality control issues are key, with findings needing to be documented and communicated with relevant team members. Collaboration with monitoring operators and scouts is essential to ensure the correct flow of data and immediate resolution of any discrepancies during live events.
Daily and weekly reports on quality control findings, issues encountered, and resolutions will be provided. Established processes and best practices will be followed to maintain consistent data accuracy and integrity across all live games. The role also includes identifying recurring issues and suggesting improvements or optimizations to prevent errors in future operations.
Participation in team meetings to discuss and improve overall team performance and quality standards is expected. The specialist will assist in training new operators and team members on quality control procedures and collaborate with other teams, such as Scheduling, Live Scouting, and Live Streaming, to resolve any operational or quality issues.
Proactive identification of trends, reporting on system or operator issues, and suggesting improvements are also part of the responsibilities. Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labour code will be carried out.

- Follow established processes and best practices to maintain consistent data accuracy and integrity across all live games.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements or optimizations to prevent errors in future operations.

- Collaborate with other teams (such as Scheduling, Live Scouting, and Live Streaming) to resolve any operational or quality issues.
- Be proactive in identifying trends, reporting on system or operator issues, and suggesting improvements.
- Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labour code.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as Information Technology, iGaming or a similar field (required).
- At least 1 year of experience in a quality control, monitoring, or operations-related role, preferably in the sports, entertainment, or gaming industry (required).
- Detail-oriented, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data (required).
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality standards in all aspects of data verification (required).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Armenian, English, and Russian (required).
- Understanding of live game processes and data flow (required).
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and maintain strong communication with team members (required).
- Ability to focus on the smallest of details to ensure the accuracy and quality of live game data (required).
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure (required).
