Risk Management Associate (Sportsbook)
SoftConstruct is looking for a Risk Management Associate to join the VBET team. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity, profitability, and sustainability of sports betting operations by identifying, assessing, and mitigating various risks.
The associate will be responsible for monitoring player activities and betting patterns to prevent fraud, money laundering, and other forms of abuse. The role requires a proactive approach to ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and supporting the development of new risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor sport activities and player behaviours to identify potential risks such as fraud or suspicious activity.
- Assist in the implementation of risk management strategies to protect sport operations.
- Analyze gaming data and report on risk findings to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards within the sport environment.
- Assist in fraud prevention by reviewing transaction patterns and spotting anomalies.
- Support the development of new risk mitigation tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of risk management techniques in the sport and betting industry (required).
- Understanding of gaming regulations and compliance standards (required).
