Senior 2D Motion Designer / VBET
The company is seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior 2D Motion Designer to join its growing team. In this role, you will transform brand messages and concepts into engaging visual content, ensuring the brand remains recognisable and impactful across all channels.
You will work on a wide range of deliverables, including social media animations, promotional videos, branded content, sports-related visuals, and explainer videos.
- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualise and storyboard engaging 2D motion graphics for various marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and product promotions.
- Design and animate high-quality 2D motion graphics, including explainer videos, social media content, animated ads, presentations, and UI animations.
- Ensure all motion graphics adhere strictly to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual style across all platforms and deliverables.
- Create and prepare static and animated assets, such as illustrations, typography, icons, and characters, for use in motion graphics.
- Integrate sound effects and music to enhance the visual narrative.
- Work closely with graphic designers, video editors, marketing managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, translate ideas into dynamic visuals, and ensure seamless integration of motion graphics into larger campaigns.
- Optimise motion graphics for various platforms and file formats, ensuring efficient rendering and high-quality output.
- Incorporate feedback from team leads and stakeholders effectively, iterating on designs to achieve the desired creative outcome.
- Stay updated on the latest 2D motion graphics trends, animation techniques, software advancements, and industry best practices to ensure cutting-edge visual communication.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) as a 2D Motion Designer or a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of 2D animation projects (required).
- Expert proficiency in industry-standard motion graphics software, specifically Adobe After Effects (required).
- Strong proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, for asset creation and manipulation (required).
- Experience with character animation tools such as Duik Bassel or Character Animator (nice-to-have).
- Familiarity with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro for integration and basic cuts (required).
- Solid understanding of animation principles, including timing, spacing, and anticipation, as well as composition, colour theory, and typography (required).
- Basic understanding of sound design principles for motion graphics (required).
- Proficiency in Adobe Flash / Animate (required).
- Familiarity with AI-enhanced animation and design tools such as Adobe Firefly, RunwayML, or Midjourney (required).
