Senior B2B Compliance Officer
The company is searching for a new player to join its team as a Senior B2B Compliance Officer.
This role involves independently leading the regulatory onboarding and technical implementation of Turnkey partners and products across multiple regulated markets. The officer will serve as the primary compliance liaison for technical product teams, business development teams, and external auditors.
Responsibilities also include managing the lifecycle of key B2B licenses, ensuring timely renewals and full compliance with regional laws. The role also entails mentoring and guiding junior compliance officers, fostering team productivity and knowledge sharing. Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code will also be carried out.
- Independently lead the regulatory onboarding and technical implementation of Turnkey partners and products across multiple regulated markets.
- Serve as the primary compliance liaison for technical product teams, business development teams, and external auditors.
- Manage the lifecycle of key B2B licenses, ensuring timely renewals and full compliance with regional laws.
- Mentor and guide junior compliance officers, fostering team productivity and knowledge sharing.
- Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Computer Science, or related discipline (required).
- At least 4-6 years of experience in iGaming compliance, specifically focusing on B2B technical implementations (required).
- Strong background in B2B iGaming regulatory onboarding and compliance management (required).
- Experience working with technical teams to ensure product alignment with technical compliance standards (required).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (required).
- Armenian/Russian language skills (nice-to-have).
