Senior B2C Compliance Officer
The company is searching for a new player to join its team as a Senior B2C Compliance Officer. This role focuses on monitoring and assessing regulatory developments across multiple jurisdictions to ensure compliance with evolving requirements. It involves identifying regulatory risks and providing strategic recommendations for mitigation.
The position supports the development and maintenance of AML, Responsible Gambling, and Operational compliance policies. It also assists in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with licensing conditions and industry standards. The role requires conducting risk-based compliance assessments and preparing detailed reports for senior management.
- Monitor and assess regulatory developments across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with evolving requirements.
- Identify regulatory risks and provide strategic recommendations for mitigation.
- Support the development and maintenance of AML, Responsible Gambling, and Operational compliance policies.
- Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with licensing conditions and industry standards.
- Conduct risk-based compliance assessments, preparing detailed reports for senior management.
- Develop, update, and implement compliance policies, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and best practices.
- Work closely with operational teams to integrate compliance frameworks into business processes.
- Oversee the maintenance and distribution of compliance manuals and regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct periodic compliance checks on B2C and B2B platforms, reviewing content for regulatory adherence.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports, including Quarterly and Annual Regulatory Returns.
- Maintain records of compliance activities, tracking key risk indicators and regulatory updates.
- Act as a key compliance liaison between internal departments, regulators, and external consultants.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior compliance staff, ensuring alignment with compliance requirements.
- Support cross-functional teams in integrating compliance standards into marketing, customer service, and product development.
- Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code.
- Extensive experience in compliance, risk management, and regulatory affairs within the iGaming and gambling industry (required).
- Strong understanding of international compliance regulations, including AML, Data Protection, and Licensing requirements (required).
- Ability to analyze regulatory trends and proactively adjust company policies to meet compliance standards (required).
- Proven track record of conducting audits, risk assessments, and regulatory reporting (required).
- Fluency in English is required (required).
- Knowledge of Russian or Armenian is an advantage (preferred).
- Certification in Compliance (CCEP, CRCM, CAMS) is a plus (nice-to-have).
