Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
SoftConstruct is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. The role focuses on attracting top talent within the IT, iGaming, and Web3 industries through innovative sourcing strategies and effective stakeholder management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a robust pipeline of candidates, ensuring a positive hiring experience, and utilising data analytics to optimise recruitment outcomes. This position requires a professional capable of navigating high-growth environments while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and internal hiring policies.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in IT, iGaming, and Web3 industries.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking events, to identify high-quality candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
- Leverage data analytics and market research to improve sourcing strategies and hiring outcomes.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Advise hiring teams on best hiring practices, market trends, and competitive compensation strategies.
- Coordinate and facilitate recruitment-related events, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.
- Maintain compliance with employment laws, hiring policies, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) best practices.
- Track key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and quality-of-hire, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Track recruitment metrics, analyse hiring trends, and optimise recruitment strategies based on data insights.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, industry regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases, ATS systems, and candidate records.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (required)
- At least 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on tech, gaming, or blockchain industries (required)
- Strong experience in talent acquisition within IT, iGaming, Web3, or similar fast-paced tech industries (required)
- Proficiency in sourcing techniques, ATS systems, and recruitment marketing strategies (required)
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously while ensuring quality hires (required)
- Experience working in global recruitment, including sourcing international talent (required)
- Deep understanding of employer branding and candidate engagement strategies (required)
- Experience hiring for specialised technical and non-technical roles in high-growth environments (required)
- Expertise in sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing and headhunting (required)
- Strong interview and assessment skills, with knowledge of behavioural interviewing techniques (required)
- Proficiency in HR technology, ATS platforms, and recruitment analytics tools (required)
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and hiring managers (required)
- Understanding of industry trends and competitive hiring landscapes (required)
