Senior Technical Compliance Specialist
SoftConstruct is seeking a new player to join their team as a Compliance Officer. The role focuses on managing and handling all technical compliance operations on the B2B side across multiple regulated markets.
This includes reviewing system architectures, software updates, and platform changes to ensure alignment with technical regulatory requirements. The specialist will work closely with external testing labs to certify B2B products and software releases, and provide technical compliance guidance to product managers and software developers.
Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labour code will also be carried out.
- Manage and handle all technical compliance operations on the B2B side across multiple regulated markets.
- Review system architectures, software updates, and platform changes to ensure alignment with technical regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with external testing labs (ITSL) to certify B2B products and software releases.
- Provide technical compliance guidance to product managers and software developers.
- Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labour code.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (required).
- At least 4-6 years of experience in technical compliance or technical audit in the iGaming B2B sector (required).
- Strong background in technical compliance, software certification, and system auditing within the iGaming industry (required).
- Solid understanding of technical regulations, RNG standards, game logic compliance, and platform integrations (required).
- Fluency in English (required).
- Knowledge of Armenian/Russian is a plus (nice-to-have).
