Trainer
Creedroomz is seeking dedicated, experienced internal talent to step into the role of Studio Trainer. If you are currently an Operations Supervisor (OS) or Quality Supervisor (QS) looking to leverage your operational expertise, mentor new talent, and shape the standard of our broadcast floor, we encourage you to apply.
The Studio Trainer will conduct initial training for newly hired Dealers, Shufflers, and other studio personnel who require knowledge of casino games and live broadcasting processes. This role involves delivering in-person and/or classroom-based instruction on casino games (e.g., Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat), live broadcast standards, and internal studio protocols. Trainees will be educated on company procedures, customer interaction etiquette, studio discipline, and responsible gaming principles. The trainer will administer theoretical and practical assessments to evaluate progress and knowledge retention, ensuring each trainee fully understands their respective duties, workflows, and studio processes before joining operations. Support will be provided for the onboarding and skill development of staff transitioning between roles (e.g., Shuffler to Dealer). The trainer will also keep training content up to date and aligned with regulatory, procedural, and operational changes, coordinating closely with HR and Creedroomz Studio teams to ensure training outcomes match staffing requirements. Feedback will be provided to trainees, and individuals suitable for advanced training or coaching will be identified. A professional and engaging learning atmosphere will be maintained to ensure knowledge is absorbed and retained.
