Treasury KYC and Due Diligence Specialist

Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end institutional onboarding and due diligence processes with global high-risk banks, Payment Service Providers (PSPs), acquiring banks, and crypto-fiat settlement rails.
- Map and professionally present SoftConstruct's multi-layered legal entities, Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) setups, and corporate holding structures to global financial compliance underwriters.
- Support the B2B onboarding partners, white-labels, and third-party software integrators requiring payment gateway clearances.
- Align banking documentation with requirements from key gambling jurisdictions (e.g., MGA, UKGC, Curacao, CEG) and financial intelligence units.
- Track and execute routine corporate "re-KYC" assessments, Source of Funds (SoF) verifications, and periodic reviews from financial partners to guarantee zero operational downtime for processing platforms.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external bank compliance and risk units, resolving complex underwriting inquiries and document deadlocks.
- Partner actively with internal Group Compliance, Legal, Tax, and localized regional office teams to rapidly gather verified operational intelligence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, International Business, or a related field. (required)
- 2+ years of direct experience in iGaming, FinTech, or high-risk B2B merchant operations handling corporate KYC/AML pipelines. (required)
- Familiarity with how software providers (B2B) and operators (B2C) interact regarding financial infrastructure. (required)
- Good operational knowledge of the merchant acquiring lifecycle, alternative payment methods (APMs). (required)
- Ability to perform efficiently under the rapid operational pressure of the tech and gaming sectors. (required)
- Striking attention to detail when compiling legal packages to avoid back-and-forth bank rejections. (required)
- A resourceful approach to explaining tech-forward business units to traditional, risk-averse compliance departments. (required)
- Expert capability in evaluating complex corporate legal documentation, trust agreements, and international company registers. (required)
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is strictly required. (required)
