SOFTSWISS is hiring a Senior Business Development Manager to join its Payment Gateway team. The role involves developing and strengthening the global partner network to support the continued growth of its fintech and payment infrastructure.

The successful candidate will act as the primary strategist and driver of the banking partner network, with full operational freedom to establish new institutional relationships, negotiate high-stakes commercial agreements, and streamline client referral programmes across high-risk verticals. This position is designed for an ambitious and fully autonomous professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment where they can directly impact the company’s bottom line, make independent decisions, and build high-level industry connections.

Responsibilities
  • Take full responsibility for sourcing, negotiating, and onboarding new banking and EMI partners according to diverse international corporate setups.
  • Build, scale, and nurture long-term strategic relationships with Bank account providers and financial institutions.
  • Drive referral pipelines by referring external corporate clients to bank partners, managing revenue-share agreements, and maximising monthly payout yields.
  • Oversee and expedite the compliance and onboarding progress of referred clients to ensure smooth flow and quick time-to-revenue.
  • Lead high-level negotiations with potential and existing partners.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in a Bank Partnerships, Sales/BizDev, or Account Management role within Fintech, Banking or EMI sectors (required).
  • Deep understanding of financial infrastructure and onboarding dynamics in high-risk / regulated industries (iGaming, Gambling, Crypto, Forex, etc.) (required).
  • Track record of working independently, driving decisions, and taking end-to-end ownership of projects (required).
  • Advanced English level (C1+) with exceptional written and spoken communication skills for C-level and institutional negotiations (required).
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with external partners (required).
  • Existing network of active contacts among EMIs, Tier-1/Tier-2 Banks, and high-risk PSPs (nice-to-have).
  • Direct experience in structuring complex international corporate setups and understanding global compliance (KYC/AML) requirements (nice-to-have).
