Financial Specialist (External Accounting) – Senior
SOFTSWISS is expanding its team and is looking for a Financial Specialist (External Accounting). This role requires an experienced professional who shares the company's culture and values.
The purpose of the role is to ensure the accuracy, transparency, and consistency of financial operations across the company by maintaining reliable bookkeeping records and supporting smooth document workflows within the internal management system.
The specialist will serve as a key link between internal teams and external partners, including accountants, auditors, tax advisors, and the ERP development team. This position is essential for maintaining financial compliance, strengthening cash flow control, and providing timely financial information that supports operational and strategic decision-making.
- Accounting/bookkeeping in internally developed management system (1C based).
- Prime documents workflow support (agreements, invoices, bank statements, etc).
- Collaboration with ERP dev team: task setting, requirements description, coordination and control.
- Constant collaboration with external outsourced accountants, auditors and tax advisors.
- Tax compliance in different jurisdictions.
- Workflow and payments control.
- Cash flow management.
- Ad-hoc report preparation by request.
- Work experience as an Accountant for at least 3 years (required).
- Ability to “read” financial reports (required).
- Fluent English and Russian (at least Upper-Intermediate) (required).
- Excel skills (required).
- Fluency in 1C (required).
- Multitasking, highly organized, communicative person (required).
- ACCA DipIFR (nice-to-have).
