PSP Financial Manager

Description

SOFTSWISS is looking for a Middle PSP Financial Manager to join its expanding team. The role focuses on ensuring accurate and efficient financial operations with Payment Service Providers (PSPs) by managing reconciliations, monitoring liquidity and settlements, and investigating discrepancies.

The position contributes to financial control and operational stability through effective communication with PSPs, reporting, automation, and process improvements.

Responsibilities
  • Reconciliations with payment system providers (PSP), investigation of discrepancies
  • Liquidity monitoring: top-up, invoice control, settlements control
  • Ongoing communication with PSPs
  • Ad hoc reports related to PSPs for internal and external stakeholders
  • Involvement in automation processes
  • Assistance in preparation of internal documentation on PSPs
Requirements
  • Higher education in Economics, Finance, Accounting or a related field (required)
  • 2+ years of experience in Financial Analysis / Audit (required)
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher (required)
  • Strong Excel skills (required)
  • Organizational skills, ability to adapt, prioritize and work with deadlines (required)
  • Strong communication skills (required)
  • Attention to detail (required)
  • Experience in Payments (nice-to-have)
  • Experience with Tableau or similar tools (nice-to-have)
