Accountant (m/f/d)
This position has been created to support the ongoing accounting processes of international companies within the Sportradar Group. The Accountant reports to the Team Lead Accounting and works in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.
- Support with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including the preparation of assigned booking documents and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations, including bank accounts, debtor and creditor accounts, accruals, provisions, fixed assets, and intercompany and control accounts.
- Prepare financial reports and support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, ensuring timely completion.
- Support with ad-hoc projects and special requests.
- Close collaboration with the Finance team and other departments.
- Carry out ongoing financial control activities in accordance with Sportradar's internal control guidelines.
- Support audits by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentation.
- Completed degree with a focus on accounting, finance, or a comparable field (required).
- At least 2 to 3 years of professional experience in accounting, ideally in an international company or with a Big Four auditing firm (required).
- Sound knowledge of IFRS accounting standards (required).
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken (required).
- Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel (required).
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 accounting software (nice-to-have).
- Strong analytical skills (required).
- The minimum salary for this position is in accordance with the collective agreement.
- Overpayment depending on qualifications and professional experience is possible.
