Description

Sportradar is looking for a motivated Business QA Analyst with a strong focus on test automation and AI-driven quality assurance for its sports betting products. As a QA Analyst, the successful candidate will be part of an international team responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of products.

In addition to traditional testing, the role involves building and maintaining automated test solutions and leveraging AI tools to increase efficiency, coverage, and defect detection. The analyst will also contribute to planning and documenting QA activities, including defining and executing test strategies across various projects in an agile environment.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with development, product, and management teams across multiple locations worldwide on the development of sports betting platforms.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for functional, regression, and cross-browser testing.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to generate test cases, analyse results, detect anomalies, and improve test coverage and efficiency.
  • Manage defect tracking from identification through replication, documentation, and regression testing.
  • Continuously improve QA processes by introducing automation and AI-driven approaches.
  • Support test planning and documentation while driving the shift toward more automated and intelligent testing practices.
Requirements
  • Strong interest in and passion for Sports and e-Sports (nice-to-have).
  • Solid experience in a QA role with a strong focus on behaviour driven development and automation (required).
  • Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar (required).
  • Experience or strong interest in using AI tools to support testing activities including test generation, result analysis, and defect prediction (required).
  • Strong communication skills and experience working in cross-functional, international teams (required).
  • Ambitious, proactive, and ready to deliver results (required).
  • Excellent attention to detail combined with creative problem-solving skills (required).
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken (required).
  • Self-motivated, well-organised, and able to manage multiple priorities (required).
  • Strong team player with a continuous improvement mindset (required).
  • Experience in the sports betting industry (nice-to-have).
  • Experience with agile methodologies (nice-to-have).
  • ISTQB or other relevant QA certifications (nice-to-have).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests (nice-to-have).
  • Knowledge of scripting or programming languages such as Java or JavaScript (nice-to-have).
