Cricket Support Analyst
Sportradar's Premium Cricket Service is a market-leading offering that unlocks the business potential of cricket, a sport followed by over 2 billion people. The Premium Cricket team is expanding its global teams and is seeking Support Analysts to further develop this service.
As a member of the Premium Cricket Support Team, the role involves providing accurate Cricket support and analysis to both internal teams and clients worldwide. The position requires collecting, researching, and analysing cricket statistics, producing and updating team and player ratings, and offering research support to Integrity Services by sourcing news articles, team lineups, and match details for competitions in Asia.
Key responsibilities include delivering high-quality responses to client queries, liaising between internal teams and clients to enhance product efficiency and client satisfaction, and analysing support data to refine the Premium Cricket support process. The role also supports Integrity Services by providing competition previews, local integrity news, and relevant insights, and collaborates with internal teams to ensure technical bugs are reported and resolved.
- Collecting, researching and analysing cricket statistics.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (required).
- Ability to work under pressure and to take immediate action in a fast-moving environment (required).
- Flexibility to work with shift-based patterns, including weekends (required).
