Office Administrator
Sportradar is looking for an Office Administrator in Munich to oversee the holistic organisation and coordination of all administrative office tasks. This role involves managing local administrative duties, facility management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
The Office Administrator works closely with the Local People Advisor and the Office Lead to ensure that all services and measures are implemented efficiently. The role supports the organisation's goals by maintaining a productive and well-managed office environment.
- Support the development of processes and actively participate in organisational changes.
- Manage general organisational and administrative office tasks, including occasional reception duties.
- Oversee local attendance management, process sick notes and absence requests, and manage postal and parcel services.
- Review and process travel expense reports and support payroll tasks as required.
- Organise and facilitate employee engagement activities and internal or external meetings.
- Manage local service providers, including service level agreements and performance monitoring.
- Maintain inventory records and manage storage areas.
- Support ergonomic initiatives and the procurement of office equipment.
- Manage physical security measures and access control policies.
- Ensure compliance with national, regional, and local labour laws and safety regulations.
- Coordinate and manage employee benefits, including health insurance and pension programmes, in liaison with external providers.
- At least 3 years of experience in facility management or office management (required).
- Strong customer orientation and excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills (required).
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment (required).
- Very good knowledge of HRIS systems, Microsoft Office applications, and relevant HR and finance software (required).
- Fluent German and English language skills (required).
