Office Manager & Executive Assistant (m/f/d)
Sportradar is seeking an Office Manager & Executive Assistant to join its dynamic and ambitious team at the Vienna office. This is a fixed-term, part-time position, requiring between 25 and 32 hours per week over a five-day schedule, to cover maternity leave from October 2026 until January 2028.
The role involves developing the Vienna office as a "Great Place to Work" and serving as the primary point of contact for employees regarding office-related matters. The position requires troubleshooting and resolving general office issues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The Office Manager & Executive Assistant will act as a key communication interface between the Managing Directors and employees, and will support executive management in all administrative and organisational matters.
Responsibilities include handling traditional assistant duties such as calendar management, visitor reception and hospitality, meeting room coordination, and mail administration. The role also involves partnering with leadership to support the successful implementation of the Return-to-Office policy, including office redesign, workplace planning, space utilisation, employee communication, and initiatives that enhance collaboration and the overall employee experience.
Further duties include organising and participating in weekly Management Meetings, preparing management presentations, reports, and meeting documentation, and managing contracts via DocuSign. The role requires corresponding with relevant stakeholders on national and international levels, preparing reports, and monitoring the office budget. The Office Manager & Executive Assistant will independently define and manage internal administrative procedures and drive office-related projects.
Coordination and oversight of Facility Management activities are also key, including managing relationships with the cleaning company, landlord, and health and safety officer. The role encompasses managing company car leasing and supplier-related contracts and administration, coordinating office supplies, maintaining storeroom inventory, and managing employee goodies and giveaways. Additionally, support will be provided for the planning and delivery of employee engagement initiatives and events, such as Town Halls, Summer Parties, and Christmas Parties. The role also involves supporting various departments, including People, Marketing, and Finance, by approving invoices and overseeing related administrative processes.

- Organise and participate in weekly Management Meetings, including preparation, follow-up, minutes, reports, and presentations.
- Prepare management presentations, reports, and meeting documentation, and manage contracts and documentation via DocuSign.
- Correspond with relevant stakeholders on both national and international levels.
- Prepare reports and monitor the office budget.
- Independently define and manage internal administrative procedures and drive office-related projects.

- Several years of relevant professional experience in Office Management, Executive Assistance, or a comparable role. (required)
- Completed business or commercial education/training. (required)
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint. (required)
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills are required. (required)
- Outstanding organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. (required)
- Professional, approachable, and service-oriented demeanour. (required)
- Strong initiative, hands-on mentality, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach with the ability to make objective decisions. (required)
- Experience with local employer branding and employee engagement initiatives is an advantage. (preferred)

- The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.
