People Systems & Insights Partner - Workday
Sportradar is looking for a sharp, reliable People Systems Partner to be the engine of its Workday team. The role involves keeping the machinery behind every People process running excellently – performance, learning, benefits, time & absence, engagement – and growing, deliberately, toward owning Workday modules of your own. This position offers a genuine launchpad into HR technology with senior specialists who invest in teaching.
The partner will execute mass data loads (EIBs) for organisational changes, regular uploads, annual cycles and corrections – accurately and audit-proof. They will run the operational side of quarterly and annual cycles: performance, calibration, talent and compensation review support. The role also includes resolving escalated Workday tickets (tier 2) across modules and fixing the root causes, not just the symptoms. Ownership of structured testing for Workday releases and projects, plus data retention and purging routines, is also key. The partner will implement Workday configuration improvements – starting with simpler changes and developing into ownership of larger areas. Support with Workday report and dashboard improvements, ensuring appropriate security for every audience, and clean data as the basis for insights, is also required.
