Personal Assistant to CEO

Description

Sportradar is looking for a highly experienced Executive Assistant to the CEO to serve as a trusted partner and extension of the Executive Office. In this unique and high-impact role, the successful candidate will manage a diverse range of strategic, operational, financial, governance, and personal matters in a highly international environment.

Working closely with the CEO, the individual will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of business priorities. They will act as a key liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders, including board members, investors, legal counsel, regulators, customers, and senior leaders.

Responsibilities
  • Managing international and complex business licenses, mainly in the US.
  • Handling invoice settlement, payment transactions, insurance, voucher submission, and cooperation with accountants.
  • Clarifying issues with external agencies and service providers.
  • Managing loan and investment portfolios, including cash-flow sheets.
  • Providing administrative support to associated companies and licensing authorities.
  • Supporting asset management and communicating with banks and lawyers.
  • Preparing tax documents and communicating with tax experts and authorities.
  • Cooperating in the field of facility management for office and residential properties in Switzerland and abroad.
  • Controlling action items and deadlines.
  • Supporting the signing process of contracts, including notarisation.
  • Ensuring the timely payment of invoices.
  • Drafting and editing letters, emails, and documents and ensuring follow-up.
  • Greeting and checking in clients and other guests at meetings and events.
  • Communicating directly and on behalf of the CEO with board members, customers, and employees.
  • Supporting and coordinating internal projects in a wide range of areas.
  • Processing physical mail and filing documents.
  • Organising multi-day management meetings, board meetings, on-site meetings, and internal events.
  • Performing general administrative and organisational tasks, such as travel organisation and managing agendas.
  • Coordinating business and private appointments.
  • Scheduling travel including airfare and accommodations.
  • Taking care of personal matters.
  • Processing incoming mail and preparing correspondence in German and English.
  • Supporting the workflow in the private household when required.
  • Completing errands.
  • Acting as a deputy for the second Personal Assistant to the CEO.
Requirements
  • Full professional proficiency in both English and German (required).
  • Significant experience supporting a CEO, founder, board member, or senior executive within a complex, international environment (required).
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships and communicate effectively with board members, investors, regulators, external advisers, banks, legal counsel, and senior business leaders (required).
  • Experience coordinating contracts, notarisation processes, regulatory documentation, business licences, corporate records, and governance-related activities (required).
  • Experience managing invoices, payment processes, cash flow tracking, investment-related administration, and coordination with finance, tax, and accounting professionals (required).
  • A valid driving licence (required).
  • Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential business, financial, legal, and personal matters with professionalism, sound judgement, and absolute confidentiality (required).
