QA & Training Specialist, Baseball
Sportradar is seeking a QA and Training Specialist for its baseball operations. This role focuses on the training of new loggers and the maintenance of high quality standards through detailed reporting and feedback processes.
The specialist acts as a key point of contact for the team, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate data logging. The role involves active participation in communication channels to resolve queries and assist with operational tasks as required.
- Train potential new loggers.
- Provide quality assurance reports to loggers.
- Provide feedback to loggers on their logging and QA reports.
- Assist with answering questions on the Synergy Sports QA Slack chat.
- Other duties, as assigned.
