Description

Sportradar is seeking a Reward Partnering Lead to work as a cross-functional partner, supporting the business in delivering total rewards that are compliant, competitive, and aligned with the company's reward strategy. Reporting to the Senior Director of Reward Partnering, this role involves managing global compensation benchmarking, reward analytics, and project management for various reward initiatives.

The position requires close collaboration with key stakeholders globally to ensure reward strategies are effectively implemented. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the business on complex reward matters while contributing to the development of industry-leading people strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of global reward programs, collaborating within the wider Rewards, People Systems and Insights team.
  • Partner with a variety of stakeholders, including People Partners, local People Advisors, Talent Acquisition, and business units.
  • Utilise interpersonal, logical and technical skills to articulate complex reward topics to a wider audience at multiple levels and functions across the organisation.
  • Conduct job levelling and market benchmarking, identify trends, anomalies and opportunities using internal and external data.
  • Build consistent and robust compensation packages and tools for new hires, promotions, and relocation cases using the Global Mobility Framework.
  • Bring value to People processes with fast and quality reward intelligence.
  • Participate in the implementation of the annual reward cycle with exposure to merit reviews, bonus and equity plans, and sales incentive plans.
Requirements
  • Confident at building and maintaining internal stakeholder relationships (required).
  • Highly analytical and numeric, demonstrating logic, integrity, and discretion (required).
  • Experience of working in an international environment, embracing cultural and individual differences and working across borders in virtual teams (required).
  • Able to navigate through resistance to change and conflict to achieve resolution, showing empathy and pragmatism (required).
  • Understand the importance of linking reward strategy to organisational strategy (required).
  • Bachelor degree in HRM/Business Administration or related field (preferred).
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar reward role (preferred).
  • 3-5 years HR or Finance experience for candidates looking to specialise in rewards (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Power Query, Power Automate, Power BI, and Workday (nice-to-have).
  • Solid understanding of pay transparency, job architecture, and global compensation practices (preferred).
  • Experience with Global Mobility, Sales Incentive, Bonus, and Equity Plans (preferred).
